o 1st shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm

o 2nd shift: 4:00pm – 12:00am 

o 3rd shift: 12:00am – 8:00am

Requirements

Essential duties/responsibilities:

· Material handling of non-preloaded product to heat treatable containers and from heat treatable containers back to customer containers per loading procedure. 

· Implementation of all quality procedures as they relate to specific systems and/or customers. 

· Assisting in all areas of production and quality as directed by the Team Leader or member of management. 

· Safe Forklift Operation – Must be a licensed operator. 

· Documenting any non-conformance in the process you discover as well as placing product in the hold/non-conform area per written procedures and work instructions. 

· Straighten all designated parts in accordance with approved methods as well as all documentation deemed necessary to record daily activities pertaining to the straightening of customer products. 

· Maintain the required standard of quality on a continuing basis. 

· Maintain output at or above established levels. 

· Responsible for housekeeping of straightening area. 

· Complete training and OJT for Secondary Straightener, pass proficiency test.
