We are hiring a Receptionist (part-time) at our Coos Bay, OR operation. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, vendors and employees who call or visit our office. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, positive individual who will fit well with our team.
- Wage: $20.00– $22.00 per hour
- Benefits: OR Paid Sick Time only
- Hours: 10:00 – 3:00 Monday – Friday
Major Job Responsibilities will include:
- Answer multi-line phone system.
- Provide high-level administrative support for management team and professional staff.
- Help plan and manage company events.
- Track and order office supplies
- Ability to work extra hours (up to 40 hours) to cover vacations for other team members.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment. Prior experience with aggregate materials company is preferred.
- Proficient operating a personal computer with various Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be a positive, outgoing, helpful individual who can get along with co-workers and take direction.
- Must be organized with an attention to detail.
- Must be reliable.
