Your Role at KIK
This role is a key part of KIK’s receiving operations, responsible for verifying and processing all incoming materials to ensure accuracy, quality compliance, and readiness for production. You'll serve as the first checkpoint for inbound freight and packages, working closely with QA, Inventory, and Logistics to support smooth operations and maintain supply chain integrity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Checks in incoming loads of components match against PO’s and Quantities to vendors BOL.
Prepares Receiving count forms
Enter receipt information in DSI / AS400
Audit inbound Bills of Lading for accuracy
Prepare OS&D paperwork (Overage -Shortages and Damage) on all receipt discrepancies & damages.
Print Receivers, Receiving Checklist and insure COC/COAs match KIK’s specifications for all receipts.
Submit Receiving count forms to Incoming Inspection for disposition
Receive and ensure that all RGA (Return Goods Authorization) have proper approvals for return.
Checks in and catalog UPS and FedEx small package receipts
Checks in drivers and reviews with them the KIK Drivers Rule Sheet
Participate in Physical Inventory for the plant.
Ensure inbound material has KIK item numbers if product in part of BOM (Bill of Material).
Scan/E-mails Bills of Lading to respective Departments as required
Files Receiving documents and send COA/COC to proper QA personnel.
Handle all functions as related to the processing of all miscellaneous orders
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

What You’ll Bring
High School diploma or equivalent
Close attention to detail and follow up skills
At Least 2 years’ experience in Receiving within Manufacturing environment or related field a plus
Excellent Attendance
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detailed Oriented
JDE experience is extremely helpful
Ability to lift, carry, stand, climb, bend squat, and walk safely as necessary
Experienced Certified Forklift Driver (Sit-down Forklift) is a MUST.
Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $20 – 23. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
