Program Analyst - Counter UAS chez ManTech International Corporation

MANTECH seeks a motivated and enthusiastic Program Analyst to support our DoD contract out of Alexandria, VA. This individual will have a strong interest in technology, R&D, and Counter-UAS.The Program Analyst will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to the Capabilities, Development, and Innovation Division (CD&I) of the Secreretariat for Special Operations (SSO), OASD SO/LIC. Support includes coordinating R&D projects, end-user requirements, providing project oversight, and reviewing technical proposals. This position will be working in the technical focus area of C-UAS/C-UxS for an organization that rapidly identifies and develops capabilities for Irregular Warfare for the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and the other Government organizations.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projects supporting the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, International partners, and the Interagency.Provide technical and operational advice and assistance related to C-UAS/C-UxS.Develop procurement packages resulting from Broad Agency Announcements and other vendor solicitations including Statements of Work, Technical Evaluations, Independent Cost Estimates, Contract Data Requirements Lists, etc.Facilitate and manage the portfolio at a programmatic level, in close coordination with a Government Program Manager.Support operational planning, testing, system fielding, and sustainment efforts.Approximately 25% travel.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of operational experience in Military CUASAt least 4 years of experience in Project Management, preferably with government research and development projects.Preferred Qualifications: Ability to write technical documents and communicate complex subjects to non-technical audiences.Familiarity with government operational end users in Special Operations and non-DoD agencies.Basic knowledge of key government contracting elements and DoD acquisition processes such as SOWs, CDRLs and source selection.Experience in DoD Special Operations a plus.Clearance Requirements:Must have an Active DoD TS/SCIPhysical Requirements:Sedentary work Postuler maintenant
