Position Description
The Communications and Donor Engagement Manager provides strategic leadership to strengthen donor relationships and advance a culture of philanthropy at TTUHSC. This role manages the donor relations, communications, and grant writing teams, ensuring alignment with the university’s mission, vision, and fundraising priorities. The Manager oversees stewardship initiatives, donor communications, and institutional support efforts, fostering meaningful engagement and securing external funding.

Major/Essential Functions
- Stewardship: Responsible for the proper allocation of institutional resources and the timely meeting of any deadlines and departmental needs to be met.
- Team Management: Supervise and oversee the completion of initiatives within the appropriate workforce.
- Grant Writing and Institutional Support: Oversee the creation and proposal of departmental initiatives, communicating with appropriate stakeholders.
- Strategic Outreach: Collaborating with stakeholders to oversee the goals of TTUHSC's mission is met
- Leadership: Supervise and mentor employees and ensure the goals of TTUHSC are clear and concisely communicated.
