Senior In-House Consultant – Quality & Transformation (x|f|m) - Hybrid chez Sartorius

We are looking for a Senior In-House Consultant – Quality & Transformation (x|f|m)  to join the Business Process Management (BPS) team at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH.

In this key role, you will drive the strategic development of our business processes. As a catalyst for efficiency and excellence, you will lead high-impact programs and shape cross-functional initiatives with focus on Quality that directly contribute to organizational performance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and top management, combining operational execution strength with strategic foresight.

This position is offered on a full-time basis with flexible hybrid work options – including remote work and on-site presence at our Göttingen campus.

• Analyze complex business processes and identify levers for efficiency and value creation

• Develop strategic roadmaps for process optimization and implement them with a clear results focus

• Take end-to-end ownership of strategically relevant programs – including planning, resource management, and delivery accountability

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and foster alignment through clear and consistent communication

• Establish standards for business process excellence and drive continuous improvement with a focus on impact and sustainability

What will convince us

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering

• Several years of experience in analyzing and optimizing complex business processes in a strategic or consulting environment -ideally with reference to quality-related processes

• Proven track record in leading and managing projects or programs, preferably with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2

• Proficiency in process management methodologies and tools such as BPMN, Lean Management, or Six Sigma

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex interdependencies and drive solution-oriented outcomes

• Excellent communication skills across all levels – from operational teams to executive leadership

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
