- Ensure statutory compliances under various Labour Laws and updating the Compliance portal Factories Act, 1948, The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, The Minimum Wages Act, 1948,The Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, The Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provident Act, 1952, Employment Exchange Act, Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923, Standing Orders Act, 1946, Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal & Other Manual Workers Act, 1969 etc
- Liaise with Government Officials like Factory Inspector, Labour Commissioner, ESI Director, Provident Fund Commissioner, Mathadi Inspector, Police etc and Non Govt authorities like local bodies, Gram Panchayat,
- Look after Contract Labour Administration & ensure Contract Labour Legal Compliance Ensuring smooth Industrial Relations & Support for Wage Agreement with Union Supervise and control Time office functions and ensure Salary & Wage administration for on roll employees including Apprentices & Trainees and third party employees like NAPS, WILP etc
- Attending & resolving the grievances of employees pertaining to Salary/Wage, Amenities, Welfare, GPA, Medical Scheme. Scheduling & coordinating Committee meetings on Canteen, EHS, Welfare, Works etc
- Ensuring Disciplinary actions related to various misconducts under the guidance of HOD / Participating in domestic enquiries as Management Representative
- Administer welfare activities / amenities like Statutory – Canteen, First Aid, Ambulance Room, Non-Statutory like Transport, Gardening, Uniforms etc. Administer Contract & Vendor Management – Canteen, Security, Transport, and General Administration – Telephone, Courier, Conference Hall Management, Pest Control, Pantry Management, Reception Support in Recruitment & onboarding of Trainees, Temporaries, Trade Apprentices, NEEM trainees in accordance with the manpower plan, policies and corporate guidelines
- Submit MIS Reports to various stake holders within stipulated time Implement and ensure compliances under IMS standards (ISO 9001, 140001, 45001) and various internal & external Audits for HR & ER Participate & Support in implementation of various HR Policies & OD initiatives/Engagement Activities

Formal education:
Post-Graduation – MPM /MSW/ MLL & LW / MLS
Professional experience:
In years:
Relevant experience in manufacturing / Engineering industry
10 to 12 years in HR & Employee Relations, Labour Welfare & Legal Compliances
