We’re looking for a Clinical Consultant to join our Trauma team in Sydney. This role is theatre-based and focused on providing exceptional clinical support, building trusted relationships with hospital teams and helping deliver the best outcomes for patients.
What you’ll do:
Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons during trauma procedures
Educate and train theatre staff on Stryker products and techniques
Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital staff across your territory
Work closely with the Territory Manager to deliver on business plans and strategies
Identify opportunities to improve service and support for hospital partners
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments
Who you are:
Calm, reliable and composed in high-pressure situations
A strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, theatre environment
Able to think on your feet and solve problems in real time
Experience in nursing, physiotherapy, biomedical science or a similar clinical background is highly regarded — but we’ll provide full product training
