Reporting to AVP, Servicing Transfer, this position supports the overall integrity of servicing transfers within our organization. As a Servicing Transfer Coordinator, this role organizes activities between various teams, ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role plans and organizes transfer-related tasks, maintaining detailed records, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborating with different departments and Servicing Transfer Analysts, this role assists with troubleshooting issues, escalating concerns, and contributes to the overall efficiency of servicing transfers.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years' experience in servicing transfer or mortgage banking experience/ Loan Boarding Management roles preferred
• 1+ years' experience in mortgage servicing preferred
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced work environment preferred
• Analytical skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Previous experience working with MSP preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; ability to multitask
• Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and manage shifting priorities
• Client-focused with strong execution skills and results orientation
• High level of precision with attention to detail and consistency

Compensation

• The hiring range for this position is between $20.34-$24.22 per hour 
• This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
