This is an onsite role with our Employee Benefits team at our Eagan, MN location.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive prospecting and sales plan that will help drive sales
  • Engage in prospecting and business development
  • Acquire new Employee Benefit accounts and retain clients, working in partnership with a service-oriented team
  • Utilize a unique structured sales process which differentiates us from other agencies
  • Align clients with the right insurer while providing a consultative approach
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our resources and services and promote cross selling opportunities

Requirements

  

  • A proven track record of closing sales
  • Preferred previous experience with Employee Benefits
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Desire to create and nurture relationships with clients
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain - assistance provided)
