As a Studio Operations Producer, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our internal photo and video studio. In this role, you will be the central hub for our studio's workflow, working closely with the Senior Creative Manager to ensure the space is always running efficiently and safely. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who can keep our studio running smoothly, enabling our team to produce high-quality content.

- Workflow Management: Oversee the end-to-end production process. This includes handling the input and output of all products, ensuring they are accurately tracked
- Scheduling & Coordination: Act as the central hub for all production logistics. The team will own the studio calendar, scheduling all video and photography shoots and managing timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Talent Sourcing & Booking: Identify and hire the right creative talent, including photographers, videographers, and stylists, to meet the specific needs of each project.
- Production Planning: Work in close partnership with the Creative Manager to translate creative briefs into clear, actionable production plans.
- Resource Management: Manage and maintain studio equipment, props, and supplies.
Education and Experience preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic or commercial art, similar degree, or equivalent job experience
- 10+ years of industry and/or studio experience
- 3+ years of experience in management
- Experience in studio production

- Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment
