Description
HTS is currently hiring a Physical Therapist on a PRN basis to work alongside the therapy team at our partner continuing care retirement facility located in Franklin, Indiana. This is a PRN position with weekday and weekend availability. We can offer very flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment. PRN needs are typically due to vacations and other planned time off, so a mixture of weekday and weekend availability is requested.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a continuing care retirement facility.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana License, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
