We're currently seeking a full-time Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to help keep our three communities in St. George, Utah running smoothly while providing excellent service to our residents.

Compensation: $18-$20 per hour, DOE

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in creating safe, welcoming, and well-maintained communities for our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing repairs and upkeep in resident homes and common areas
• Preparing vacant units for new residents
• Handling routine grounds care and community maintenance
• Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly
• Supporting the community's overall appearance and functionality

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team. Here are the qualities and skills that will help you succeed:

• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Basic computer knowledge
• Clear communication in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and wall repair is a plus (but not required)
• Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience is helpful
