Description
Equipment Management Service and Repair - EMSAR, headquartered in Wilmington Ohio, is a fast-growing national technical services company providing maintenance, repair and installation services to OEMs in the Healthcare sector. EMSAR’s portfolio of services includes:
- On-site technical field support, including maintenance & repair
- Bench repair and remanufacturing

In this role, you will be responsible for performing shipping/receiving/stocking and reconciliation duties.
Primary Functions:
- Provides Shipping and receiving support and responsible for performing a variety of duties within the Service Center. Duties may include material handling, process support, performing package inspection, coordinating material movement, counting, sorting and packaging equipment for shipment, along with unpacking of equipment received daily.
- Logs all products shipped to customers into the outbound log system,
- Order fulfillment activities may include managing direct factory orders, monitoring inventories, coordination o delivery of factory products.
- Receives/stores and/or distributes materials inventory.
- May be responsible for handling, tracking and controlling regulated chemicals.
- Maintain Service Center storage areas to accurately reflect the status and location of service loaners and Exchange products, shipping and packaging materials.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and be able to effectively communicate to a variety of people in both written or verbal communications.
- Will be required to bend, stoop and remain standing for extended periods of time.
- Required o mover materials weighing up t 50 lbs.
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a manner that reflects strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to research and resolve issues relating to shipping and receiving processes.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to use PC and applicable applications.
