We are seeking a Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to join the team. This position will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various digital channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid social media, and other performance-based media. This role requires a data-driven approach, a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, and the ability to analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and maximize ROI.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and campaign targeting

• Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance

• Monitor campaign performance daily and make necessary adjustments to budgets, bids, and targeting parameters

• Track and analyze key performance indicators such as click-through rate, conversion rate, cost-per-click, and return on ad spend

• Develop and implement strategies to improve Quality Score and reduce costs

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support ecommerce goals

• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization for key landing pages and product content

• Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied to site structure, metadata, page content, and internal linking

• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using various to identify opportunities for improvement

• Manage technical SEO elements such as site speed, crawlability, mobile usability, and schema markup in coordination with development teams

• Stay up-to-date on search engine algorithm updates, emerging SEO trends, and industry changes to ensure compliance and maintain strong rankings

• Generate and present regular SEO performance reports, highlighting growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion impact

• Partner with paid media and analytics teams/agencies to create a unified search strategy and identify synergies across paid and organic efforts

• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms

• Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns

• Create compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy

• Track and analyze campaign performance across key metrics, such as engagement rate, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition

• Identify and capitalize on new social media advertising opportunities

• Explore and implement other paid performance media channels, such as display advertising, native advertising, and video advertising

• Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for paid media growth.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of different paid media channels and make recommendations for budget allocation

Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
