What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
Manages internal projects
- Budget as detailed in Impact section Large/ complex/ single or multiple regions.
- May include detailed design of sponsors' high-level concept High risk.
2. Manages project financials including business impact
- Meets or exceeds approved budgets.
- Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management.
3. Manages stakeholder relationships
- Manages upper level stakeholder relationships.
4. Manages project team
- Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size generally greater than 20 people from multiple countries.
- Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members.
- Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for team members.
Education and Experience Required:
- First Level University degree.
- 7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
- Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.
- Makes use of and contributes to Services PM Profession community.
- PMP Certified
- Support the overall facilitation of the requisition process, including tracking L3, L2, and L1 approvals as part of the Workforce Capacity & Capability framework
- Enable the delivery readiness for the Premier OS and A&PS field operation for Premier OS and A&PS NPI/NSI
- Ensure delivery readiness of the Premier OS and A&PS field workforce for the supported GEO
- Collaborating with delivery enablement, C&C and product support in assuring field workforce delivery readiness for NPI/NSI and sustained technology
- Ensure C&C for the Premier OS and A&PS field support and the appropriate workforce skills for the sustaining phase till end of lifecycle for Premier OS and A&PS products/services.
- Point out any issues to Regional Management and drive to solution.
- Facilitates appropriate updates to business documentation (i.e., processes, SOW, etc.) using structured techniques and ensure document version control.
- Assist C&C manager in field problem analysis and implementing problem resolution in the Region
- Quality, Optimized operation and Customer satisfaction
- Driving field process standardization across countries in the region
- Implements and shares field related best practices with the regions.
- Developing operational expertise and effectiveness, documenting key procedures and required skills and working with SME’s and L&D to organize matching training seminars.
- Working with operations managers and L&D in creating new training frameworks, leveraging EMEA & AMS wide expertise.
- Participating in (internal) quality audits, supporting the necessary tuning based on results and findings.
- Investigates and builds corrective action plans for reported data discrepancies.
What you need to bring:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience with similar job scope
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Fluency in Asian languages is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented mindset
- Excellent organization skills and experience to work with tight deadlines
- Strong ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team - able to lead remote, virtual teams
- MS Office Proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- MS SharePoint skills
- MS Access and MS Visio skills is an advantage
- Macro creation and VBA skills is an advantage
- Process Management software and tools
- PMP Certification is an advantage
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage
