StruXur represents best-in-class manufacturers across two major sectors:

Power Utility & Safety Sectors: Including transmission and distribution, substations, metering, gas, engineering firms, overhead and underground infrastructure, safety products and services, and contractors supporting these areas.

Telecom: Testing solutions, physical layer products, access products, CATV, networking, service providers, engineering firms, and contractors.

We’re currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager to grow and support our sales efforts in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the surrounding region.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct in-person meetings with end users, distributors, and engineering firms
  • Provide product training and technical support
  • Launch and promote new products
  • Stay on top of market trends and customer feedback, sharing insights with internal teams
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activity and manage pipeline
  • Leverage digital platforms and social media to identify and engage prospects

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must reside within the Indianapolis, IN territory (Indiana territory required)
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 80%
  • Industry experience in telecom or power utilities is preferred
  • Proven track record of closing new business and managing the full sales cycle
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Familiarity with distribution channels and CRM systems is a strong plus

The salary range for this position is: $90,000-$100,000 plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
