Customer Care Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Customer Care Specialist at Legendary Marine in Destin, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers to schedule their services appointments, ensuring their experience is highly professional. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, working with the management team to resolve issues, and facilitating smooth communication between customers and internal teams. You will contribute to building long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering personalized support. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to upholding the company’s reputation for exceptional service. Ultimately, your efforts will help drive customer loyalty and support the overall success of Legendary Marine.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Placing outbound calls to set appointments for the Service Department utilizing daily reports | 50 |
Receive incoming internet leads and set appointments, or transfer to appropriate service advisor | 15 |
Daily Service Log customer follow up to ensure all customer needs are being followed up | 15 |
Reach out to previous customers, letting them know we are here for them | 10 |
Call customers with upcoming CSI surveys, verify all is good, share with manager | 10 |
SKILLS
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi task with incoming calls and emails
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Maintain positive attitude and energy
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Experience with high quality person to person communication
Strong verbal communication skills
Data entry with low margin of errors
