Position Summary

TransTech Group is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Marketing Strategy Manager to lead our centralized marketing team and elevate our group-wide marketing performance. In this role, you will manage and scale a shared marketing function that supports all TransTech portfolio companies across the Engineered Products and Services Divisions.
 
 You will work directly with the Chief Growth Officer to define and execute a unified marketing strategy that delivers results—driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across diverse industrial and energy markets. You will lead a team of internal marketing professionals and external partners while ensuring all marketing activity is aligned with the company’s commercial priorities and supported by our integrated HubSpot Marketing and Salesforce CRM stack.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and lead the execution of a unified marketing strategy for all TransTech Group portfolio companies.
  • Serve as the central point of leadership for all marketing efforts across the enterprise, working closely with the Chief Growth Officer to align with commercial, sales, and growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and grow an existing internal team of content creators, digital marketers, and marketing operations professionals.

Platform & Asset Development

  • Own the structure, content, and performance of all company websites—ensuring alignment in navigation, messaging, CTAs, and lead capture.
  • Standardize brand positioning, digital assets, and marketing templates for efficient use across companies.
  • Oversee production of brochures, case studies, trade show materials, email campaigns, and technical content to support sales enablement and market education.

Marketing Operations

  • Manage and continuously optimize the company’s use of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce CRM for lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign automation.
  • Implement and track KPIs across campaigns, content performance, website conversions, and lead-to-close velocity.
  • Ensure marketing operations are scalable, efficient, and integrated across all business units.

Campaign Execution & Demand Generation

  • Design and run omni-channel campaigns tailored to the markets served by TransTech. 
  • Develop thought leadership content—articles, case studies, videos, and webinars—tightly integrated with campaigns to highlight technical expertise and drive engagement across all marketing channels.
  • Support sales and business development teams with targeted content, account-based marketing (ABM), and tailored outreach strategies.
  • Manage content calendars, product and service launches, and key marketing initiatives across the group.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business unit leaders and subject matter experts to translate technical expertise into compelling market-facing content.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to align campaign activity with pipeline priorities and conversion goals.
  • Liaise with outside marketing vendors and agencies to expand capacity and fill capability gaps when needed.
  • Engage with Human Resources and General Managers across all facilities to oversee internal communications and lead the development and execution of internal marketing initiatives, such as company newsletters, new hire announcements, and other related communications.

Competencies

  • Strong background in marketing to industrial, energy, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead centralized marketing functions across a multi-brand portfolio.
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce CRM, including campaign execution, automation, and reporting.
  • Experience developing marketing operations, content strategies, and high-performing digital platforms.
  • Excellent team leadership, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.

Education/Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
