Starting Pay: $24.00 to $25.00 based on qualifications
Location: Fridley, MN
Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Establish supportive and motivational relationships with clients
- Provide rehabilitative interventions and de-escalate mental health crisis as needed
- Assist with client admissions
- Post insurance information in electronic health record for billing purposes
- Facilitate requests and receipt of treatment authorizations from insurance companies
- Track office supplies and order supplies as needed staying within the program budget
- Maintain program records and compile program data as directed by the program director and/or admissions supervisor
- Answer and screen telephone calls from residents, family members, and community members
- Welcome visitors meeting with residents and/or staff members
- Assist residents with questions about programming, staff availability, transportation, food service options, etc.
Administrative Coordinator Requirements:
- One to two years of experience providing administrative support required
- One to two years of experience supporting adults with mental illness required
- Experience with insurance carriers and medical assistance strongly preferred
- Must be a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker or Mental Health Practitioner per DHS requirements
