Position Summary

Oversee inspection, maintenance, and repair to ensure safe and efficient operations. Lead a team of technicians to ensure safety compliance at our Wilmington facility. 

Enstructure LLC – Port Wilmington Facility Overview
Located at the confluence of the Delaware and Christina Rivers, the Port of Wilmington is a full-service deepwater port and marine terminal. It handles over 6 million tons of cargo annually and is the busiest terminal on the Delaware River. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily crane maintenance and repairs.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Diagnose issues in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Lead and train maintenance personnel.
• Ensure OSHA and ANSI safety compliance.
• Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime.
• Manage inventory and procurement of parts.
• Experience with Content Management System (CMS) and technical documentation, and reporting KPIs.

Relevant experience might include:

• WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, and enterprise systems like Adobe Experience Manager or SharePoint
• Creating and updating web pages or internal portals.
• Managing digital assets (documents, images, videos).
• Structuring content for usability and accessibility.
• Using Content Management System (CMS) tools to publish technical documentation or training materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of equipment or crane maintenance experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of equipment or crane systems and diagnostics.
• Experience with troubleshooting software and systems
• Knowledge of diesel equipment systems
• TWIC- (Transportation Worker Identification Credentials) has or can obtain.
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in outdoor conditions, sometimes in inclement weather.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Extended periods of standing, walking, or driving within the terminal or warehouse.

Working Conditions

• Work at a port or terminal, which may involve shift work, including weekends and holidays.
• Exposure to industrial environments, noise, and heavy machinery.
