Senior Technology Markets Specialist chez Aztec Group

Reports to the Associate Director – Markets Technology Services, US

This is a mid-level technical role supporting Aztec’s Markets Technology platform delivery in the US. The successful candidate will work as part of a cross-jurisdictional team providing system support, configuration, and technical enablement across Aztec’s core private markets applications.

The role requires hands-on experience with eFront Invest and eFront Debt and will contribute to business-critical activities including investor onboarding, fund administration, accounting, reporting, and treasury processes. The successful candidate will also be expected to work across a broader landscape including investor portals, digital KYC, data platforms, and automation/integration tooling.

What you'll be doing

• Provide support to US business teams for eFront Invest and Debt, including investigation and resolution of system issues, triage of service requests, and delivery of platform enhancements.
• Support data preparation, fund and investor onboarding, configuration validation, and reconciliation activities across fund structures.
• Work with central platform owners and product leads to implement changes aligned to Aztec’s global application standards.
• Support reporting and data tasks using Power BI, Excel, and Alteryx, ensuring timely and accurate outputs for internal teams and clients.
• Assist with the operation of key investor services tools including digital subscription document capture, KYC platforms (e.g. Fenergo), and client/LP portals.
• Contribute to integration initiatives using APIs, SSIS, ADF, or other middleware platforms to support end-to-end data flow and automation.
• Participate in change delivery and configuration lifecycle processes for Yardi, Viewpoint, Investran, Medius, and other key applications used across the US business.
• Maintain documentation and process knowledge base, contributing to internal training materials and technical runbooks.
• Collaborate with global technology colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure aligned and responsive service

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

• Essential: Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting enterprise platforms in financial services, with proven hands-on experience with eFront Invest and eFront Debt.
• Exposure to one or more of the following applications:
  • Yardi (Real Assets)
  • Viewpoint (Corporate Services)
  • Investran (PE)
  • Medius or other treasury/cash management platforms
• Experience supporting investor services platforms and workflows, including LP portals, digital subscription/KYC onboarding, and investor reporting processes.
• Competence in data tooling and reporting: Power BI, Alteryx, SAS, Excel (including formulas/macros), SQL.
• Familiarity with integration tools and concepts (e.g. APIs, SSIS, ADF) desirable.
• Exposure to private markets operations (fund administration, private equity, private credit, real assets) highly beneficial.

Qualifications and Development:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• Certifications in ITIL, data analytics, or automation tools desirable.
