Responsibilities:

Each Team will function as a unit, with the leading level team member of Client Executive, Senior Account Executive, or Account Executive coordinating the following.

There may be distribution of these functions within a team to utilize each other’s strongest soft skills, enhancing overall team effectiveness.

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert consultation on coverage, resolving service issues, and participating in client meetings to support retention and new business efforts.

  • Renewal & Marketing Oversight: Lead internal and external pre-renewal strategy sessions, direct marketing efforts, negotiate quotes with carriers, and deliver tailored renewal proposals.

  • Coverage & Risk Advisory: Audit client portfolios to identify coverage gaps, review policies and contracts, and negotiate terms with carriers to address exposures and client needs.

  • Claims & Financial Monitoring: Attend claims reviews, resolve claims-related issues, monitor receivables, and ensure financial targets and collection timelines are met.

  • Operational Support & Analysis: Maintain service calendars, prepare stewardship reports, analyze proposals, build spreadsheets and charts, and support team initiatives as needed.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in a senior commercial account management role (typically 10+ years total insurance experience)
State property & casualty agent’s license.
College degree or equivalent experience
Typically holds multiple insurance designations.

Additional Information:

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $90K to $110K per year.
