    Your Role
    As a Business & Commercial Strategy Internship, you will support our commercial team in strengthening customer engagement, optimizing sales processes, and shaping data-driven and targeted outreach strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in commercial strategy within an innovative health-tech start-up.  

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify target audiences for strategic growth 
    • Assist commercial outreach efforts for specific use cases and targeted audiences 
    • Conduct research on potential buyer profiles and business workflows to support targeted outreach effort
    • Explore and assess how sales automation and AI can be applied within sales processes 
    • Help implement and manage a CRM system to support sales activities and reporting 
    • Conduct market analyses for the US and EU to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning 
    • Contribute to general commercial administration tasks (e.g., segmentations of conference participants, preparing quotations, meeting summaries, and customer profiles, briefings etc.)
    • Collaborate with the Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities
    • Follow the strategic lead generation approach 

    Your Profile

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Interest in commercial strategy, sales operations, and customer experience
    • Comfortable with digital tools (Excel, CRM systems, and/or analytics platforms)
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
    • Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced, innovative environment
