onsemi is currently seeking a ESG & Sustainability Reporting Manager to join our organization. The ESG & Sustainability Reporting Manager reports directly to the Head of Sustainability/ESG and works closely with the ESG Controller, Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, and other cross-functional teams. The role is responsible for development of key disclosures such as the annual sustainability report, CDP and Ecovadis, management of third party emissions validation process, as well as response to customer sustainability data and inquiry requests.
onsemi has committed to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2040 and has received validation of its near term Science Based Targets for Scope 1, 2, and 3. This role will be responsible for managing onsemi’s reporting and disclosure requirements as well as customer data requests for sustainability-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
• Serve as main point of contact and be responsible for timely responses to customer sustainability-related inquiries and data requests.
• Responsible for sustainability report creation, content, production design, and overall publication, integrating GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CSRD/ESRS disclosures, including partnering with subject matter experts and third party designer for creation and editing of copy text.
• Partner with subject matter experts on collection, validation and maintenance of ESG-related data in compliance with sustainability frameworks (e.g., energy use, emissions, and waste) within and including coordination with relevant stakeholders and management of third-party data validation process.
• Lead and coordinate climate and environmental related reporting/assessments/disclosures such as: CDP, Ecovadis, etc.
• Monitor performance on and update disclosures for ESG raters and rankers such as: MSCI, ISS and Sustainalytics.
• Translate the impact of changes to regulatory requirements (EU CSRD) as well as new frameworks and standards (ESRS, GRI, ISSB, IFRS) on climate and environment related disclosures and contribute to the development of onsemi’s disclosure strategy and roadmap.
• Drive continuous improvement in sustainability reporting processes, including adoption of reporting software
• Support ESG Materiality Assessment, TCFD Climate Scenario Analysis, and other analyses as appropriate.
• Conduct gap analyses and translate improvement opportunities with regards to raters and rankers and coordinate cross functional actions to enhance.
• Maintain and oversee ESG scorecard and other internal dashboards related to ESG data and action requests.
• Liaison to external web team to ensure accuracy of all updated documents on external site.
• Create ESG communication pieces and ensure an integrated and aligned communications approach, considering all audiences and communications channels, that align with sustainability messaging.
• Develop sustainability content discussing achievements to engage our stakeholders on company sustainability commitments.
• Develop and drive project schedules for sustainability report publication, third party emissions validation, and other program related timelines.

Qualifications
Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or equivalent related fields
Education Preferred
Advanced Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, MBA, or related fields
Qualifications/Experience
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability with a focus on reporting and disclosures
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks/disclosures/assessments such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, CDP, Ecovadis, MSCI, ISS, and Sustainalytics.
- Strong program management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams as part of data gathering for sustainability reporting
- Demonstrated sound, well-structured and excellent analytical capabilities
- Clear and concise communicator both written and in presentation form
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communicator with a strong attention-to-detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proven stakeholder management experience and ability to solve problems and influence positively in decision making
- Strong project management skills
- Proven ability to adjust and work across cultures
Qualifications/Experience Preferred:
- Familiarity with Sustainability/ESG software such as Watershed, Resource Advisor, etc.
- Knowledge of the global as well as evolving ESG regulatory reporting landscape is a plus
