Responsible for processing and managing financial transactions for the high school. Duties include overseeing the activities of the bookkeeping office, receiving and processing purchase orders and deposits, managing procurement cards, handling imprest checks, processing fees and fines, managing petty cash, managing and preparing cash boxes for athletic/activities, processing journal entries and budget subs, running and distributing financial reports, preparing and submitting stipends for payroll, and meeting with administrators as needed.
Candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with staff, students, and parents. Experience with Infinite Campus and knowledge of school financial procedures are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support as necessary
Collaborate with faculty & staff members
Data collection related to student participation and internships
Support the overall goals of the high school and Littleton Public Schools
Answer phones and respond to inquiries
Maintain accurate records for all students
Perform other duties as assigned
This position is full-time, 8 hours a day/40 hours a week/225 work days per year
Starting salary is grade 6, starting at $22.98
