Position Summary
The Field Coordinator is responsible for serving as the primary liaison between Agilant and client points of contact. This role ensures that all field services, installations, and equipment deliveries are scheduled, coordinated, and completed on time. The Field Coordinator manages communication with clients, schedules resources, and tracks project milestones to ensure smooth execution of services.
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary contact for assigned client locations to coordinate field services and equipment needs.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments, technician visits, and equipment deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams (field technicians, warehouse, contact center, and project managers) to ensure readiness and proper resource allocation.
• Maintain service schedules, ensuring appointments are prioritized and completed within client SLAs.
• Track equipment shipments, deliveries, and returns, keeping clients informed of status updates.
• Document service requests, updates, and client communications in the ticketing/CRM system.
• Escalate scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, or client concerns to management as needed.
• Support reporting on service activity, client satisfaction, and scheduling performance.
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience: In coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or client services (field services/IT industry preferred).
• Skills:
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Excellent verbal and written communication.
o Proficiency in scheduling software, CRM/ticketing systems, and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
o Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Attributes:
o Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
o Customer-focused and professional in all client interactions.
o Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments.
