Internal Applicants: Although an EDJOIN application is the only requirement for internal applicants it is recommended that you include all items listed to allow all panel members a complete view of your qualifications and background. External Applicants: Must currently possess or must obtain CPR/First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment. If hired, must provide proof of a valid California Driver's License Applicants may be tested. Testing: Screening of utilization of signing skills Pursuant to current Ed. Code 45330, this position requires one of the following to qualify for the position: 1. Completion of 60 Semester Units (2 years of study) at an institution of higher education 2. Possession of an Associate's Degree or Higher 3. Passing of a local assessment in Reading/Writing and Mathematics (which will be conducted on the day of the interview) a. Math knowledge will consist of basic fractions, percentages, word problems, etc.. (equal to that of a high school student requirement) b. Reading/Writing will consist of comprehension, proper language, etc (equal to that of a high school student requirement) REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

Annual Stipends: Doctorate - $2000, MA/MS - $1,500, Bilingual - $500.
