Description

Suncrest Gardens is looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our Snow & Ice Management Division this winter. We service contracted commercial properties, and we’re primarily hiring sidewalk shovelers with opportunities for equipment operators as well.

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly to snow and ice events on commercial sites.
• Shovel sidewalks and walkways, and apply de-icing materials as needed.
• Safely operate snow removal vehicles and equipment (for those qualified).
• Pile snow only in designated locations, following site maps.
• Complete service documentation and report site conditions.
• Provide courteous communication with team members and customers.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and available during snow events (24/7 on-call as needed).
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior snow removal or equipment experience is a plus, but not required for shovelers.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
