Job Summary
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting, new business development, and relationship management. This position requires a true hunter mentality — someone who thrives on generating leads, building pipelines, and closing new business. The Sales Director will also serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expert product knowledge and tailored solutions. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Fort Worth, TX.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve assigned sales goals and performance targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to support customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, accounts, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications

- Strong hunter mentality with proven success in generating and closing new business.
- Comfortable researching prospective clients, identifying appropriate contact, cold-calling with persistence to make contact with decision makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales or solution-based selling.
- Industry experience in insulated glass door or commercial refrigeration applications.
