Your day to day as a Valet Trash Foreman

Recycle NOW is excited to announce an immediate opening for a Part-Time Valet Trash Foreman. In this essential role, you will support the local supervisor by ensuring that valet doorstep trash collection is executed to the highest standard within your assigned territory. You will take on the responsibility of performing nightly doorstep trash pickups at apartment properties, particularly when team members are unavailable for their shifts. Additionally, the foreman will conduct thorough walk-throughs of properties facing service issues to monitor quality control and provide courtesy check-ins with onsite team members, reinforcing our commitment to service excellence.

To thrive as a Part-Time Valet Trash Foreman at Recycle NOW, the ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of self-motivation and reliability, capable of working independently while ensuring high service standards. A valid pickup truck is a must for performing nightly pickups, and candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lb. Familiarity with technology is essential; candidates must have a smartphone to effectively utilize the company app for timekeeping and collection tracking.

While no prior experience is necessary, the willingness to learn and embrace new challenges is crucial, as paid training will be provided. This role requires a proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence while supporting team members and maintaining service quality in the community.
