Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking Systems Administrator to join our team! What will you be doing?

This position will be a key member of the CIO/G6 SA team.  Duties include:

Manage end-user systems and cyber policies.

• Provide desktop and mobile support.
• Maintain IT hardware inventory.
• Drive process improvement and compliance.
• Handle ad hoc technical tasks.

What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

This position will require the following skillsets and experience:

• Ten years of experience in technical support in a customer facing role.
• Strong Windows operating systems and mobile devices experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience in Windows Desktop OS, iOS, Android OS.
• Experience working within federal environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID
• Excellent communication and multitasking skill
• Secret security clearance level will be required.
• Technology certifications such as CompTIA Security+ required.
• Must be US Citizen.
