What You’ll Do:

  • Seek, pursue, and capture new business wins to fuel unstoppable growth.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients while uncovering their needs.
  • Create winning proposals, estimates, and close sales.
  • Manage a sales pipeline like a pro, tracking leads, meetings, and opportunities.
  • Stay sharp on industry trends and competitor moves.
  • Keep your calendar full of appointments, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with our team to keep strategies aligned and sales performance climbing.
  • Drive results in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of proven success in B2B and B2C sales (bonus if you’ve crushed quotas before).
  • A true competitor with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy - comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • A self-starter who thrives on accountability and results.
  • Willingness to work full-time, Monday–Friday, and get out in the field when needed.
  • Based in Colorado Springs or Denver, with the ability to attend in-person meetings in Shawnee, Kansas.

What You’ll Get:

  • Base salary of $40,000 plus performance-based bonuses - earn what you’re worth.
  • Health insurance - premiums supplemented by Rigdon Inc. (after 60-day probation).
  • Paid time off: Up to 80 hours per year, prorated during the first year of employment, and begins accruing after days of employment.
