At Profitero+, we help the world’s leading brands win on the digital shelf. We’re looking for a Vice President of Account Leadership & Delivery to lead how we bring our insights, services, and solutions to life for clients. This role will be at the center of making sure our delivery model works at scale — from direct-to-client relationships to agency and advisory partnerships. You’ll oversee our account leadership and delivery teams, guide how we connect clients with our technology, and make sure we’re delivering outcomes that truly move the needle.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Delivery Model: Define and run the operating model for how Profitero+ delivers services. Make sure processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with client goals.

  • Drive Client Outcomes: Help clients turn Profitero+ insights — whether digital shelf metrics, paid search data, or retail media performance — into strategies that grow their business.

  • Manage & Develop Teams: Lead our Account Leadership and Delivery Directors, giving them the tools, autonomy, and support to succeed.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product and Customer Success to share client feedback, shape new offerings, and keep delivery aligned with long-term account health.

  • Be a Trusted Partner: Join client conversations, roadshows, and industry forums to represent Profitero+ and provide thought leadership on how brands can best use our data.

  • Elevate Capabilities: Build educational programs for both internal teams and external partners so everyone can make the most of Profitero+ technology.

What Success Looks Like

  • Clients view Profitero+ as an extension of their own eCommerce team.

  • Agencies and advisory partners know us as the go-to experts for digital shelf and retail media strategies.

  • Our delivery and account leadership teams operate smoothly, with clear ownership and strong results.

  • Continuous education keeps both clients and internal teams ahead of best practices in eCommerce.

What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years in account leadership, delivery, or advisory roles in digital commerce, retail media, or agency environments.

  • Deep experience with digital shelf analytics, content health, search optimization, and retail media strategy.

  • A history of leading global client relationships and helping enterprise brands translate insights into growth.

  • Proven ability to design scalable delivery models and grow high-performing teams.

  • Strong presence in client conversations, with experience presenting at executive and industry levels.
