Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Financial Analyst Intern to work in our Canonsburg, PA office. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Canonsburg corporate office. This person will report to the Finance Manager and will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered a non-exempt employee.
Must be proficient in computer software and can learn additional accounting-specific software.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Junior or Senior pursuing a finance degree.
Job Description:
- Responsible for updating monthly sales bookings and backlog reports
- Responsible for updating the monthly subcontractors in process report
- Maintaining overall project margin analysis as updated inputs are received
- Updating monthly capacity utilization analysis
- Responsible for maintaining other additional reports in support of monthly financial reviews
- Overall help to Finance function as needed for monthly closings
- Other miscellaneous accounting duties or responsibilities as assigned to support the operations of the department or the company.
- Additional Responsibilities as assigned.
Internship:
- Aquatech Internships are in the office five days per week, 40 hours per week. The internship program is temporary employment that lasts for a maximum duration of ninety (90) days. Successful completion of this internship will provide you with invaluable skills in the water treatment industry and make a compelling addition to your professional journey.
Skill Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks or projects with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel and maintain a positive attitude and good organizational skills.
