We’re hiring a Trade Counter Branch Manager in Bridgnorth, and this is your chance to step into a leadership role where your ideas, your people skills, and your drive to make things better will truly matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, people-first role where you’ll:
- Run the day-to-day operations of the branch, making sure everything flows smoothly.
- Lead and support a team of Sales and Warehouse colleagues—mentoring, motivating, and helping them grow.
- Keep an eye on stock levels and purchasing so we’re always ready for our customers.
- Handle customer payments and petty cash with care and accuracy.
- Coordinate team schedules to make sure everyone’s supported and covered.
- Offer friendly, knowledgeable advice to customers who rely on us.
- Work closely with your manager to hit branch goals and celebrate wins.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s confident, approachable, and ready to lead. You don’t need to tick every box—but if you’ve got:
- 3–4 years of experience in sales with people management (especially in retail or trade counter settings),
- Strong computer skills and a good grasp of business systems,
- Solid Maths and English skills,
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and a genuine interest in helping others succeed—
