- Lead and motivate operational teams to deliver excellent bus services every day.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with Local Authorities, stakeholders and Trade Unions.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, customer satisfaction, and site performance.
- Manage budgets, control costs and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Act as the Transport Manager on the Operator’s License and the Site Accountable Manager.
- Proven experience in managing large operational facilities with P&L accountability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, engage and develop teams.
- Experience of working in partnership with Trade Unions.
- A customer-focused approach with experience in complaint handling and dispute resolution.
- A track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
