What You Will Do

• Lead cloud projects: Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based infrastructures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

• Drive DevOps adoption: Build CI/CD pipelines, implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automate workflows to accelerate software delivery.

• Mentor and manage teams: Guide junior engineers and consultants in modern cloud engineering and DevOps best practices.

• Ensure reliability & security: Implement monitoring, logging, and security frameworks to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

• Engage with clients: Collaborate with client teams to translate business needs into robust and secure cloud solutions.

• Shape our expertise: Contribute to Effixis’ thought leadership by publishing insights, presenting at conferences, or driving internal knowledge-sharing.

What You Bring

• A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in cloud engineering or DevOps, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.

• Expertise in:

  • Azure services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, Monitoring).

  • Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform is a prerequisite).

  • CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).

  • Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).

  • Monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana).

• Strong background in cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization.

• Consulting experience, including managing client relationships and delivering tailored cloud solutions.

• Leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and projects.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in English is required; French or other languages are a plus.
