Sales & Marketing Manager - PNG/SI chez Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd

This is a residential position located in Port Moresby, with relocation assistance and support provided.

About You

Team members with the following attributes will be considered:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated practical Sales & Marketing management experience, developing and implementing sales strategies; increasing market share through own initiatives and leadership
• Experience successfully leading, motivating and directing multiple teams to achieve goals working within a diverse workforce in a large scale and geographically diverse environment
• Proven experience in the preparation of budgets, gross profit plans, forecasting and establishing pricing strategies and analysing trends
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and plans for optimum brand exposure to ensure growth of customer base
