Microsoft 365 Engineer chez Bankwest

We're currently looking for an experienced M365 Platform Engineer, who will be responsible for managing and supporting core infrastructure and enterprise services with a focus on Microsoft 365, while providing continual support and improvement of processes, services and documentation to assist the organisations operational and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in adoption of M365.  Produce detailed design, documentation, implementation and automation of Microsoft 365 workloads.

• Ensuring day to day operations of Microsoft 365 and on premises infrastructure services, responding to incidents and requests and implementing changes 

• Contribute to project-based initiatives

• Ensure documentation, capacity, availability and architecture of systems are in line with strategic and operational requirements

• Engage with key stakeholders across the organisation and industry to ensure the infrastructure and configuration are in line with stakeholder requirements

Essential Criteria

• Degree qualifications in relevant discipline with extensive experience, certifications or an equivalent level of work experience and training.

• Extensive experience managing, configuring and deploying Microsoft 365 services, including CoPilot, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune and Power Platform

• Extensive experience managing, configuring and deploying on premises Microsoft technologies.

• Strong automation and scripting skills, eg PowerShell,  Github for Copilot, CI/CD Pipelines
