What does this role look like?
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Operations team as the Performance and Risk Management Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the core infrastructure, establishing the operating model and standard work to develop, implement, and sustain operational excellence throughout our supply value chain. This critical role will enable the delivery of our strategic commitments to customers across Space Lines of Business (LOBs) and support the success of all programs across the Space Enterprise.
In this role will offer you the following daily key responsibilities:
• Drive the development, implementation, and sustainment of core infrastructure, operating models, risk management and standard work to support the supply value chain
• Deploy strategies to enable supply chain execution and business transformation, aligning with Space strategic commitments and Enterprise objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain operational standard work, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives
• Lead the implementation and optimization of supply chain processes, procedures, and metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of operational excellence, promoting standard work, and encouraging a mindset of continuous improvement across the supply chain organization
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for business transformation, process improvements, and technology enhancements
• Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including program management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of operational standard work
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, procurement, Project Management, or a related field, with a focus on operations and cost reduction.

• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in supply chain management, logistics, and operations, with a strong understanding of technical principles and concepts.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term plans and strategies that drive business growth and transformation.
• analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues and challenges and use data to inform decision-making.
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations, finance, and strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to various audiences.
• Experience with data analysis and metrics, including the ability to establish and track metrics to measure supply chain performance.
• Familiarity with supply chain automation and continuous improvement, including supplier improvement plans using Root Cause and Corrective Action processes and tools.
• Ability to think creatively and develop new ideas, products, and services that drive business growth and improvement.
• Master's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
