Job Summary:

We’re looking for a data-driven creative strategist to shape how we reach and convert new audiences. This role sits within the Performance Marketing team and is responsible for building creative strategies, guiding production across internal and external partners, and translating insights into breakthrough creative.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop data-informed creative strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Write and deliver creative briefs for internal creative teams, influencer partners, and external vendors.
  • Analyze creative performance and consumer insights to optimize messaging, content angles, and formats.
  • Report actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders across Marketing and Creative.
  • Ideate and validate audience personas, hooks, and content angles to break through to new customers.
  • Build and manage a creative testing framework to inform strategy and scale learnings.
  • Iterate on top-performing assets while developing net-new creative concepts for testing.
  • Deliver both high-level trends and nuanced platform- and region-specific insights to guide execution.

 

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in paid social creative strategy or performance-driven content creation.
  • 5-7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing
  • Strong collaborator with proven ability to develop and manage cross-functional workflows.
  • Able to synthesize performance insights into actionable direction for creative teams.
  • Experience working with international creative (Europe, Australia) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media management a strong plus.

 

Compensation:

  • $145,000-$195,000 per year base salary, based on level of this role and experience. Possibility for this role to uplevel to a Senior Strategist.
  • An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
  • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
