Duties

You will serve as the assigned program office Logistics Element Manager (LEM) for Training.,You will collaborate with other APMTs across PEO MLB and other SYSCOMS to maximize the effectiveness of end-to-end training solutions.,You will participate in Agile software development teams to ensure innovative end user training solutions for fielded business system capabilities.,You will communicate with sponsors, commands and training support contractors as the program office advocate supporting the planning and delivery of Training support requirements for fielded business system capabilities.,You will ensure program office compliance with DoD/SECNAV Acquisition and OPNAV/NAVEDTRA training instructions and directives, as well as NAVWAR enterprise training development and delivery standards.,You will develop program office training spend plans and provide MPT input to contract language in order to ensure requirements are met.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or DP-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, developing, coordinating and managing training products and services and supporting design, development, integration, execution and sustainment of Life Cycle Training solutions for current and future requirements. This position is in the Personnel Demonstration Project under authority of Title VII of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978. The pay schedule and pay band for all Demonstration Project Professional Positions will be DP-1/2/3/4. This position is eligible for ad-hoc/situational telework at the discretion of management. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
