Senior Supervisor Rendering - C Shift chez Tyson Foods

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for overseeing all the rendering functions; both the production and mechanical aspects. Other duties include producing quality products in a safe clean and efficient manner; ensuring that subordinates adhere to all company policies and procedures; and submitting daily weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner and any other duties as assigned. This position will also cover the maintenance department when a supervisor in that area is absent. In the absence of the General Supervisor position will assume all responsibilities and act as his designee.

Shift C: 10:00pm to 6:30 am

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Two 2 plus years of Rendering required, prior management experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.

Special Skills: Must be able to work in all weather conditions (ie. wet, dry, damp, rainy, sleet, snow, hot, humid etc.)
