We’re currently seeking a Marketing & Events Assistant to join our team and help bring mission-driven campaigns to life. This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on training and real-world experience in event planning, public engagement, and cause-based marketing.
💼 Position Overview
As a Marketing & Events Assistant, you’ll support the execution of community-based fundraising campaigns and outreach events. You’ll assist with logistics, represent nonprofit clients in public spaces, and engage with the community to drive campaign success—all while gaining valuable skills in nonprofit marketing, donor engagement, and event coordination.
No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and mentorship to help you grow.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Event Support: Help with on-site event logistics, including setup, teardown, and coordination of outreach materials
Community Engagement: Represent nonprofit partners at pop-up booths, retail activations, and high-traffic public areas
Donor Interaction: Share campaign goals, answer questions, and facilitate impactful conversations that inspire donations
Performance Tracking: Collect donor sign-ups, maintain engagement logs, and assist with basic reporting for campaign insights
Marketing Materials: Assist in distributing printed collateral and supporting the creation of campaign messaging and assets
Administrative Tasks: Maintain documentation, event logs, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution

Available to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
Willing to travel locally to event sites as needed
At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Education: High school diploma required. Coursework or degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Nonprofit Studies is a plus—but not required.
Experience: Customer service, retail, outreach, or promotions experience is helpful—but not required.
