Summary:
Provides outstanding service to hotel guests by assisting with luggage, offering property and local information, and supporting a smooth, welcoming arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and escort guests to rooms; assist with luggage and explain room features (e.g., TV, locks, phone use).
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Deliver packages, guest messages, and run errands as requested.
• Assist with group tour luggage coordination and setup of sample rooms.
• Call taxis and handle guest transportation requests efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and hotel vehicles; perform light cleaning duties as needed.
• Keep accurate records of service calls and deliveries.
• Empowered to resolve guest concerns promptly and positively.
• Act as a local expert to enhance the guest experience.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
