Customer Service Representative chez Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine

Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine is seeking a driven, personable, and highly organized Sales BDC Representative to join our Sales Business Development Center team. As the first point of contact for many of our potential customers, you will play a critical role in delivering the kind of “Wow-Ya!” experience that sets us apart. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on creating connections, enjoys speaking with new people, and is motivated by setting and exceeding goals.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound sales calls and respond to internet inquiries in a prompt, professional manner

• Make outbound follow-up calls to leads generated from marketing campaigns, online platforms, and past showroom traffic

• Schedule showroom appointments and confirm customer visits for the sales team

• Accurately input and manage customer data in the CRM

• Communicate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and positive customer experience

• Follow up with no-show appointments, unsold leads, and prior customers for potential upgrade opportunities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, text, and chat in a timely and friendly manner

• Track daily activity and lead conversions to meet individual and team goals

• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

• Previous BDC, call center, or dealership experience preferred (especially in sales)

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Confidence with technology, CRM systems, and multi-tasking across platforms

• High energy, outgoing personality, and a results-driven mindset

• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, punctual, and goal-oriented
