Responsibilities:
  • Drive the execution of the Client Lifecycle/Pathway process, proactively planning and managing key milestones to ensure timely completion of all tasks and deliverables.

  • Serve as Client Team Lead and individual contributor on high-value accounts, owning the development and execution of client strategies in collaboration with Account Managers and Analysts.

  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, leveraging team support while ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication of value.

  • Oversee compliance adherence, ensuring clients meet all regulatory and internal deadlines and standards.

  • Negotiate renewal and marketing results with carriers, optimizing outcomes based on client goals and market insights.

  • Coordinate cross-functional team efforts, introducing clients to cross-sell opportunities in alignment with strategic objectives—such as Wellness Programs, Voluntary Benefits, Vital Incite analytics, Pharmacy Solutions, and Captive Insurance models.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for client issues, resolving concerns with professionalism and urgency to maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant work experience

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience; 5 to 7 years for Sr. Consultant designation along with deeper mastery of technical skills

  • State Life & Health Licenses required

  • Strong technical knowledge of employee benefits and policies

  • Ability to understand the needs and requirements of clients from both strategic and tactical vantage points

Additional Information:

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $120K to $150K per year.
