In This Role
As an Administrative Coordinator supporting a large organizational group, you will be a key point of contact for a dynamic team of 3,000 employees. Your primary responsibility will be providing high-quality group administrative support, managing office logistics, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with special projects. You will be part of a collaborative, close-knit team that values efficiency, organization, and excellent service. This role offers an opportunity to grow professionally in the administrative field while working in a fast-paced, large-scale environment.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support primarily for a large group of employees.
Serve as the primary point of contact for group support, handling vendor requests, orders, onboarding items, and space/equipment management.
Coordinate meetings, events, and team-related activities.
Assist with department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility purchasing and operations.
Complete special projects as assigned, taking ownership and driving them to completion.
Enforce policies and procedures within the team as required.
Support onboarding of new hires, including equipment and workspace setup.
Maintain organization and prioritization of ad hoc requests for a large team.
Qualifications
Required:
2–4 years of experience in group administration or team support in a large-scale environment.
2–4 years of experience in space management and administrative support.
Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and general office software.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
High level of professionalism and willingness to learn and grow in an administrative career.
Preferred:
Previous experience in a large technology company or fast-paced corporate environment.
Experience managing onboarding processes, vendor interactions, or large-scale team logistics.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple ad hoc requests efficiently.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and the local market. The pay range for this position reflects the Bellevue, WA market: $21.50 to 25.58 USD per hour. The final salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.
