Junior Graphic Designer
About Havenly
At Havenly Brands, we believe everyone deserves a beautiful home they love. Founded and headquartered in Denver since 2014, we’ve grown into the #1 interior design service in the country and now proudly own and operate some of the best home furnishings brands in the business, including Havenly, Interior Define, Burrow, The Citizenry, The Inside, and St. Frank.
We’re hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to craft elevated, performance-driven creative that brings our brands to life across channels. You’ll lead projects end-to-end—concept through delivery—spanning email, paid media, social, site, print, and special projects. You’ll partner closely with Growth Marketing, Copy, and Brand/Creative to translate strategies into compelling work that moves the business.
Sure, we’re a little biased, but here’s why the gig is so great:
- We’re assembling a stellar team and need a highly creative Junior Graphic Designer to help execute (and elevate) our creative vision.
- There’s always something new happening at Havenly Brands, so we run hard and move fast. The best part of that? Your days are as interesting as they are inspiring.
- Rockstars and go-getters make up our team, so if that’s you as well… you’ll feel right at home. And it makes the hard work way more exhilarating.
- We’re redefining how people design and shop for home: making it accessible, simple, and fun. Shift culture with us.
You’ll report directly to Havenly’s Head of Art Direction and play a key role collaborating across our full family of brands. This is a Denver-based position, with four days a week onsite at our headquarters office in Cherry Creek.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of smaller projects while supporting senior designers on larger campaigns across email/lifecycle, paid social/display, landing pages, onsite placements, organic social, motion assets, and print collateral.
- Execute briefs and deliver polished, on-brand creative while meeting timelines and specifications.
- Contribute to motion/video content (e.g., Reels/TikTok, paid social animations) with a working knowledge of editing and motion graphics.
- Source imagery and footage; assist with retouching and file prep.
- Build and maintain organized file management and templates to support brand consistency.
- Apply channel best practices (mobile-first email design, accessibility, file weights, specs by placement) and QA work.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters to ensure visuals and narrative are cohesive.
- Explore emerging tools (including AI) to streamline workflows and enhance creative.
- Participate in brainstorms and design critiques, sharing ideas and incorporating feedback.
Who You Are
- A creative designer excited about working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across teams.
- Detail-oriented with solid design sensibilities in layout, typography, color, and imagery.
- A curious, self-motivated teammate who is eager to learn and grow.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable with feedback—both giving and receiving—to improve the work.
- Interested in digital and social design trends, especially short-form video and motion.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of design experience (in-house, agency, or freelance in retail/e-commerce/DTC preferred).
- Ability to execute multi-channel creative (emails, paid ads, social content) with guidance.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere for motion a plus).
- Working knowledge of Figma for collaborative design systems and layouts.
- Some experience with motion/video editing for social and brand content.
- Organized, resourceful, and able to manage tasks with accuracy and speed.
- Bonus: illustration, photo editing, basic 3D, familiarity with digital asset management systems, and an interest in AI and generative tools.
How We Work
- Pace with purpose. We ship quality work fast and learn even faster.
- One team. We collaborate across brands and disciplines with clarity and respect.
- Craft + performance. We balance brand storytelling with measurable results.
Additional Details
- Full-time, exempt role based in Denver, CO; required onsite at our office 4 days/week.
- Target salary range: $55,000–$60,000/year, depending on experience and skills, plus equity eligibility.
- Benefits include: competitive compensation, generous PTO, volunteer days off, health (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability), 401K, paid parental leave, design services, furniture discounts, and anniversary merchandise credits.
